  • Do I need to be at home during the cleaning service?

    It’s not necessary and this is entirely up to you. However, we recommend that you be present at the premises during the initial visit for clarifying any questions or communicating specific requirements to your cleaner.

  • Can I book the same cleaner more than once?

    You can always mention your preference for a particular cleaner. However, it is subject to availability. We will try our best to deploy the requested cleaner on site. 

  • Do the cleaners bring all cleaning supplies and equipment?

    Yes, our cleaners carry all the cleaning products, equipment and kits that are proprietory, safety-tested and eco-friendly to use.

  • Can I reschedule a cleaning service if I am sick or something comes up?

    Of course you can. We require 24-hours’ notice for rescheduling the service slot. In case you suddenly fall ill, then kindly call our office and we will do our best to reschedule till you or your family members get better.

  • How do I prepare before a cleaning service?

    All you need to do is simply make your home accessible and turn off any alarm systems. It’s always advised that you keep valuables with you to avoid misplacement or accidents. If you have any pets, we request you to keep them away to avoid discomfort.
